Using data-driven practices like Amy Edmondson's psychological Safety Index (PSI), we create a baseline. I measure across four dimensions that impact organizational culture:
-Open Communication. Do employees feel encouraged and free to speak up?
-Attitude to Risk and Failure. What happens when someone makes a mistake?
-Willingness to Help. Do people speak up when they need assistance? Is that behavior encouraged?
-Diversity and inclusion. What do these words mean to you? To your employees?

Once we know the data points and can prioritize where to start, we can identify how to improve communication and employee engagement.

We determine collaboratively what leading and lagging indicators look like, create shared goals and get to work.
